Description:

Cored wire is manufacturing by crushing certain type of addictive (deoxidizer, desulfurizer, Modifier, alloy element) which added into liquid steel or molten iron to powder and then enveloped and closed with 0.35~0.45mm cold rolled steel strip into any length and lastly coiled and packed.  

 

Typical usage:

Typical usage include ladle refining, tundish, steel & iron foundries, non-ferrous industries for inclusion modification, deoxidization, desulphurization, composition adjustment, microalloying, castability, prevention of clogging, inoculation.

 

Type and Size:

Taking into consideration the operation needs of steel and foundry industries, cored wire is not only available in common size cored wires but also can be produced as per customer’s special requests.
